In the current context, the sessions are done by zoom. They are led by certified trainers.

  1. Introductory sessions: Certified trainers will introduce you every Tuesday and Saturday @ 8 p.m. to free Heartfulness relaxation and meditation sessions. These sessions are for new practitioners and all are welcome to attend.

    Daily meditation – 30/30
     
    e is a program running over 30 days with each day meditation for 30 minutes in the morning at 6:30 am CET. The program starts from 21st February and runs until the 22nd March. Everyday you are welcome to join us for meditation at 6:30 am CET using the below zoom link.

    It is suggested to create a habit, one should practice an activity continuously for at least 21 days. Of course no commitments, you are welcome to join us any of the days as per your convenience. 

    Introductory of Workshops for Facilitating Deeper Heartfulness Practice:  we are introducing from this week much awaited deeper sessions to experience more of Heartfulness meditation. These sessions will be intense and will involve teachings, discussions and auxiliary workshops along with long duration meditation sessions to facilitate a much deeper experience and understanding. We will start slowly with the basics and gradually move on into the advanced levels. If you are a beginner looking forward to cultivate a meditative habit or have been practicing heartfulness for a while and seeking beyond what you have already experienced, these workshops are meant for you. These workshops are currently scheduled every Thursday @ 8 pm CET using the below zoom link.

    Monday @ 7am and 8:15am CET 
    Tuesday @ 7:30 am, 9 am and 5:30 pm CET 
    Wednesday @ 7am and 8pm CET 
    Thursday @ 7 am, 12:30 pm and 7 pm CET
    Friday @ 7 am and 8 pm CET
    Saturday @ 8 am and 9 am CET
    Sunday @ 8:30 am CET
