After a few years between Yoga and VIPASSANA retreats, I had the chance to discover "Heart meditation", a practice that has only daily benefits. The few minutes devoted to following the method are nothing compared to the immediate advantages that one can derive, concentration, availability, listening, benevolence... I recommend this practice to you and one day I hope that all meetings will start with a few minutes of meditation.
